Journaling Reads: "These are some of my absolute favorite “mom moments.” Moments when we are just hanging out together, when I’m pushing some of my kids on the swings, jumping on the trampoline together, or maybe dancing around the house, or even just listening as one of you tells me about your day. Journaling Reads: "Oh little Claire, what an artist you are! Today you colored all over yourself with markers and you were so excited to show me how “pretty” you are. I’m not sure how, but you even managed to color on the back of your neck. Good thing they were washable markers! 8/30/14"

Journaling Reads: "Claire, my Grandma Bosen made this pink knitted blanket for me when I was born. When we found out we were expecting a girl I was excited to use this very special blanket with you! I made certain we used it in some of your newborn photos as I hoped you will someday know how much I admire and love your great grandma, and feel hope that you will feel her love for you. July 2012"

Guest designing for My Creative Scrapbook Kits

Well, it is not my intention to update my blog so infrequently...but this past year has been by far the busiest year of my life, which has kind of moved blogging to the back burner. It does not mean that I haven't been scrapbooking though--quite the contrary! I still love to scrapbook and I still update my gallery at scrapbook.com regularly as well as my "By Me" Pinterest board, so if you are looking for more regular updates of my work, be sure and check those two spots out. I also do quite a few assignments for Queen and Company, so you can look there as well. :)

Today though, I do want to share a little peek at what I've been up to as a guest for My Creative Scrapbook kits. I mentioned before just how busy I have been lately and that means less time to say yes to guest design opportunities, however, I just couldn't say no to this. I've had the pleasure of working with My Creative Scrapbook Kits a couple of times in the past and every single time I had a fabulous time working with a kit I absolutely loved!!!! They have several types of kits to chose from each month and cover a variety of styles which is really rare in kit clubs. I happen to be a huge fan of their Creative and Main kits. They tend to be just my style with lots of bold color and fun embellishments. This month I played with their March main kit and made four pages I am really excited to share. The "reveal" is on the 5th, so be sure and check back then to see the full layouts!
